Jorte does not start even the widget is tapped, the date on the widget does not update

If Jorte does not start even if you tap the widget, or if the date on the widget does not update even if the date changed, try to do as follows.
* The name and procedure for setting may differ depending on the phone model.
*If there is a restrict, disable it and check the widget.

1 Confirm device settings

1. Open the Settings on your console
2. Select [Apps & Notifications]
3. Select [Advanced]
4. Select [Special App Access]
5. Tap [Battery optimization]
6. Select [Not optimized apps]
7. Tap [All apps]
8. Select [Jorte]
9. Tap [Don't optimize]
10. Select [Done]

2 Check if you are using the task killer. If the task killer is set on, try to turn it off, and check if it resolves the issue.

If you have a task killer (Clean Master, etc.), energy saving (eco), or optimization-related app installed on your device, please make sure to uninstall the app before launching.

3 Reconfigure widget

1. Delete the widget currently set on the home screen
2. Configure Jorte widgets from Add Widgets
3. Tap the widget to see if it launches

4 Reboot device

1. Tap the ■ next to the home button
2. Close all apps from recent apps
3. Power off the device
4. Power on
5. Tap the widget to see if it launches

5 Check destination

Please check if the save destination of the app is set to the internal storage.
If it is an SD card, change it to internal storage and check if it starts.

6 Confirm device settings

1. Open Settings on your console
2. Tap Battery
3. Tap Close apps when screen is locked
4. Set Jorte off
   *Some items may not be available depending on the model.

7 Change home app

1. Open Settings on your console
2. Tap Apps & Notifications
3. Tap Advanced
4. Tap Default apps
5. Tap Home app
6. Configure another home app
7. Tap the widget to see if it launches
