I’ve forgotten my Jorte Cloud password.

1. Tap the link: https://jorte.net/certify/account/passwordReissueSend/

2. Enter the Email address used to register your Jorte Cloud account.

Note: The Email address has to be Valid.

3. After entering your E-mail address, check the E-mail from Jorte within 1 hour, and click the link to reset the password.
