[Notice] When calendar entries are not displayed

Thank you for using Jorte!

Jorte has received many inquiries from Jorte app users saying that calendar entries are no longer displayed.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If you do not see your calendar entries showing, please check if all needed calendar names are ticked in the list of your calendars.

● "My Calendar Jorte" / "My PF Calendar" / "Shared Calendar" entries. → Open the Jorte app and tap [Calendar].
→ Tick all needed calendar names ("My Calendar Jorte"/"My PF Calendar", etc).
→ Go back to the main calendar view to check if the issue is resolved.

● "My Calendar Google" entries → Open the default calendar of your phone or tablet.
→ Make sure all needed Google Calendar accounts are ticked.
→ Open the Jorte app and select [Calendar].
→ Tap [Add other services]. Select your Google Calendar account.
→ Go back to the main calendar view to check if the issue is resolved.

→ Open the Jorte app.
→ Select [Settings] and tap [Advanced Settings].
→ Scroll down and select [Information].
→ Tap [Send by Email].
→ Under the Summarized Information write your message.
→ Select [Send].
