Jorte does not start up / forced termination occurs

If the app does not start up or if forced termination occurs frequently, try to do as follows, please.

■ Reboot the smartphone
Turn off the power of the smartphone, wait at least 5 seconds, and then turn it on again.
After that, try starting Jorte.

■ Start up the Jorte app alone
Close all recently used apps and try starting the Jorte app.

■ Use Jorte in airplane mode
Please open the Settinsg app on the phone and set the smartphone to airplane mode. Try starting Jorte.
