HUAWEI settings

If you can't download fonts on your HUAWEI device, or if you can't see photos in your Jorte diary
Please check the Settings on your phone.
* The name and procedure differ depending on the phone model.

1 Confirm device settings

1. Open the Settings app on your phone
2. Select [Advanced]
3. Select [Storage]
4. Select the default location
5. If it is SD card, change to internal storage
6. Tick Jorte

2 Check Files app

1. Launch the pre-installed Files app
2. Tap the three-line mark
3. Select [Settings]
4. Turn off [Filter Small Images]
5. Register a new diary with photos in Jorte and check if the photos are displayed
