Notifications do not arrive on time
If you do not receive the notification on time, please check the following.

1 Confirm device settings
- Open [Settings] on your phone
- Select [Apps & Notifications]
- Select [Advanced]
- Select [Special App Access]
- Select [Battery optimization]
- Tap [Not optimized apps]
- Select [All apps]
- Select [Jorte]
- Select [Don't optimize]
- Tap [Done]
2 Confirm device settings
- Open [Settings] app on your phone
- Select [Apps & Notifications]
- Select [See all -- apps]
- Select [Jorte]
- Select [Notifications]
- Check if Calendar Event Reminders is turned on
3 Check if you are using a task killer
If you have a task killer (Clean Master, etc.), Energy saving (eco), or optimization-related app installed on your device, uninstall the app and check if the notification arrives on time.
4 Check if notifications arrive on time in Jorte
- Launch Jorte and tap [New] from the calendar screen toolbar
- Select [Event]
- The new schedule input screen opens
- Enter title
- Enter time
- Tap Add notification using a plus sign [+] to add a notification
- Select [Create]
- Calendar entries appear on the calendar screen
- Wait on the calendar screen and check if the notification arrives at the scheduled time
