About failures and troubles

If your device malfunctions or you accidentally uninstall (delete) the Jorte app, you can restore it if the data is backed up in the Jorte cloud or linked calendars.
Data that has not been backed up cannot be restored.
Please check the backup status.

1 Jorte's My Calendar Appointment, My Task List, Diary

  1. Log in to https://jorte.com/calendar/mypage
  2. Check if the calendar entries are displayed
    *Tasks and Diaries (photos) are displayed at https://jorte.net/login/

2 Google calendar entries

  1. Sign in to Google Calendar using the website
  2. Check if the calendar entries are displayed

3 Local calendar entries

  1. Start the default "Calendar" app on your phone
  2. Check if the entries are showing there
