Please follow these steps:

  1. Select [Calendar]-->[Lock Settings]-->[Lock Calendar].
  2. Select [Unused] and change the setting to [Lock Calendar]. Select the calendar or diary to lock.
  3. Tap on [Set/Change Passcode].
  4. Set the passcode and tap [OK].
