The CSV Export/Import feature has been phased out.
*Note: The CSV Export/Import feature is still available for Jorte Premium subscribers who have not signed into Jorte Cloud. During this transition you can contact our support team with any questions you may have.
In the event of changing your device, we recommend using Jorte Cloud to backup your calendar information in Jorte calendar mode.
Please create a Jorte ID in order to use Jorte Cloud. If you do not have a Jorte ID, please tap here.

What about Advanced users who understand how to use the export/import feature?
For Advanced users the Export / Import CSV file is available for Jorte Premium and Jorte Plus members, who are not signed into a Jorte Cloud account. For users who are signed into Jorte Cloud the Export/Import settings are no longer available since you’re already using Jorte Cloud.
What about users who exported their calendar to CSV in the past and updated Jorte or got a new phone, and can’t re-import their CSV file?
If you have a CSV file that you can’t import due to the above change, please contact our support team who will help import your data to your Jorte Cloud account. Jorte Support: email@example.com We will help users that are in this situation, they will not be required to join Jorte Plus or Premium.
We did not make this decision lightly, the export / import CSV feature has been around for many years, but we believe the timing is right to make this change to make syncing less complicated for new and existing users.
